Pierre has more than 25 years of experience as a management consultant and specializes in cost management, advanced planning and budgeting, and business strategy development. Pierre has been responsible for cost, performance management, planning and budget systems, and strategic information systems implementations for clients in a variety of industries in the North America, Europe, and Asia.
Pierre is the President of Beyond EPS Advisors, a Dallas-based consulting firm associated with the BBRT, which he co-formed after leaving Capital One where he ran the cost budgeting, forecasting and planning function. Prior to Capital One, Pierre was the North-East Region Strategic Cost and Performance Management Practice leader with Arthur Andersen.
Pierre ‘s work in the field of performance management has been documented and recognized by a number of Harvard Business School case studies. Pierre is a frequent speaker on advanced costing, planning and business strategy. He has also taught accounting and financial management at the Université de Paris and business strategy at the Centre de Perfectionnement aux Affaires in Paris.
Steve brings over 30 years of experience in helping organizations implement strategic planning and cost management programs. Steve serves as the North America Program Director for the Beyond Budgeting Round Table (BBRT) and works to implement continuous planning processes. He is also the founder and Managing Director of Beyond EPS Advisors, a Dallas, TX-based business management consulting firm, and founder of the Activity-Based Management Subject Matter Resource Team (ABM SMART). Previously, Steve was Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen’s Advanced Cost Management Team.
Steve is the co-author/editor of seven books on cost and performance management. He writes a monthly “Finance Transformation” feature for Business Finance Magazine in which he interviews CFOs from leading organizations on innovative finance and planning processes. He also serves on the editorial board for the Journal of Cost Management as well as a resource for various publications including Investor’s Business Daily, Financial World, Global Finance, The Dallas Morning News and Journal of Cost Management.
Steve has served as keynote speaker for many finance organizations and publication events including CFO Magazine, IMA, Business Finance Magazine’s BPM Summit, and several AICPA events. Steve is a CPA and received his BBA degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas.
Wayne brings over 25 years of relevant business experience. Prior to joining Beyond EPS Advisors Wayne founder of the Business Performance Collaborative, served as Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen, and as world wide director of Andersen's Finance Business Solutions Team and as Director of Business Consulting for Servicesoft Inc. – a software firm specializing in customer service/eCRM/eService applications and services.
He brings significant expertise in process improvement, planning transformation, customer service transformation, knowledge management, information systems planning, cost reduction/cost avoidance, finance function/HR transformation, and eCare/eService transformation. He has led projects in a variety of industries including: commercial transportation, manufacturing, high technology, retail, financial services and non-profit.
He is a world-class facilitator with deep experience in navigating complex group dynamic situations to surface key business requirements, root causes of issues and develop practical cross-functional solutions. He brings a specific competence in designing and orchestrating large-format business change interventions involving personnel from diverse and often conflicting groups within the company.
Stacy Rajavong is an entrepreneur and finance specialist with experiences in Healthcare, Transportation and Government Security.
Prior to joining Beyond EPS Advisors, Stacy lead the integration of Alcon's $65B IT Infrastructure into Novartis's Financial Framework across the world, provided project management services at the Bureau of Engraving and printing, and successfully launched and developed a small transportation company.
She brings significant expertise in project management, process improvement, freight planning and execution, cost reduction/cost avoidance, and business development. She has led projects in a variety of industries including: commercial transportation, manufacturing, government security and non-profit.
Stacy’s analytical expertise and strong process / project management orientation has given her the ability to tease and simplify complex technical issues to provide viable solutions that meet the needs of the client.
Stacy received her Bachelor's at Texas Woman’s University and her MBA from the Neeley School of Business, TCU.
